How do I fix inaccurate data in a program?

All data in Clever comes directly from SAMS. Therefore, inaccurate rosters in the learning program (such as missing students, or students who should’ve been unenrolled), are often mistakes within SAMS, which are then synced to Clever and shared with applications. Please open a new ticket describing the issue so that we can correct it in SAMS.
